The warmdry wind of autumn
blowing today it was.
The wind native midwesterners
of non-native descent
with the current season
associate.
That season from summer
peeled itself
away.
Just last week.
On Friday.
No midwestern nose mine
mind you
but
a pacific northwestern nose
the change
noticed.
